As Director of Administration, Rosa handles the day to day administration of the firm.  She works with firm management on developing and achieving strategic goals, as well as implementing administrative procedures and policies.  Rosa oversees all business administration and supervises firm personnel whose responsibilities include human resources, accounting, information technology, marketing, and records management.

Rosa has more than 26 years of experience in the legal administrative industry.  Her background enables her to positively impact all aspects of the firm.
